Mi Casa CEO Appointed to the CO Workforce Development Council

Denver–Governor Jared Polis has appointed Angeles Ortega, CEO of Mi Casa Resource Center® to the Workforce Development Council for a term expiring on September 28, 2024. The Council consists of representatives of the business community and state agencies. The Council, in consultation with the business community and state agencies, shall advise the Governor on matters regarding the employment and training needs of the state and on workforce development plans and strategy.

Mi Casa’s mission of “Creating Pathways to Opportunity” with Career and Business Pathways aligns with the goals of the Workforce Development Council to serve the State’s workforce and employment needs,” Ms. Ortega said.
