The Medical Office Administration Training program equips you with the essential skills to become a Medical Office Administrative Assistant while earning college credits towards a medical certificate!

Skills needed to get an entry-level job in a medical office include using an electronic medical health record system, HIPAA compliance, communication, and skills required in a healthcare setting

Program Eligibility Requirements

Participants in Mi Casa’s training programs must meet eligibility requirements, including:

At least 18 years old
With a high school diploma or GED
Proficient in English
Eligible to work in the U.S.
No felony charges or extensive criminal background

Mi Casa offers 1-on-1 appointments with our expert team of Employment Success Coaches to practice your interview skills, refine your cover letter and resume, and support you on your career search. Our career coaching is free of charge and open to individuals of all backgrounds, education levels and work experience. Mi Casa works with each individual to meet you where you are in your life and in your career. Our career coaching is tailored to your needs and your professional goals.
