Our Business Pathways trainings are valued at $8,000, but through generous contributions from our funders, we can offer this to each participant for an administrative fee of $50. Additional assistance may be available if you qualify in hardship situations. A limited number of scholarships are available for those who qualify.

Business Success® Plan
You have a business idea – now what? Our first training in the Business Success® program is called PLAN.
This training is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs who want to build their skills and knowledge in defining the identity of their business.
You will build confidence in your business by understanding your market, analyzing your competition, and determining your mission, vision, and values. Entrepreneurs can also get individual business consulting outside of class time.

Business Success® Launch
LAUNCH is the next step for entrepreneurs who have completed the PLAN training.
In our Business Success® LAUNCH training, you will gain a working knowledge of your business’s branding, positioning, basic financial and legal structures, permits/licensing, insurance, and risk management, which will be the foundation for your business plan. At the end of this program, you will have a fully developed business plan that you can use in any presentation.

La Receta® Plan
La Receta® Plan is a 6-week introductory course that explores how to start a food business, whether it’s a food truck, a restaurant, or a catering business. In this training, participants will explore crucial elements including:
- Understanding the market
- Crafting an effective marketing strategy
- Cost analysis
- Information on government permits and licenses
- Legal structures and accounting procedures

La Receta® Launch
The La Receta® food accelerator is a 6-week program for foodpreneurs who wish to launch and operate a successful food business: food truck, catering, or restaurant.
This training will help you develop a business plan, create a professional menu, and cost your recipes.
During the 6-week program, you will also:

- Know and control your costs: Start-up, Fixed and Variable
- Learn about licensing and regulatory agency requirements

Business Success® Manage
The MANAGE training is for established business owners who need more in-depth knowledge of financial statements, business operating systems, custom problem solving, human resources, company culture development, marketing, and business communications. Be prepared to lay out your short- and long-term business goals as far out as five years, and feel confident you have the expertise to tackle your business’s specific management issue. This training is set up for classes twice per week with personalized consultations built in to maximize efficiency.
