$5014-Week class | Wednesday 5:30 PM – 7:45 PM | July 10th – October 9th | Virtual | Registration deadline: July 5th | This training is valued at $8,000 but through generous contributions from our funders, we can offer it for an administrative fee of $50.
Begin an entry level career in the diverse world of Human Resources!
Break into the world of Human Resources and learn the essentials to get a leg up in the field! Human Resources includes, but is not limited to:

- New Employee Onboarding
- Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Class will cover basics of employment law in Colorado, ethics, working on a HR team, HR and business fundamentals, sourcing and recruiting, workplace health and safety, benefits, and total rewards. The knowledge you gain in this class at Mi Casa, in partnership with MSU Denver, will allow you to gain 4 college credit hours toward a Business Pathways Certificate, internship opportunities at MSU, and a bachelors in Human Resources or other Business Related fields!
Eligibility :
- Seeking a new job placement
- Work Authorization
- MUST complete at least two in-person coaching sessions
