Requirements:

• Businesses must have AT LEAST 10 employees
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (i.e. be able to read and create spreadsheets)

This course will discuss the benefits and impact of budgeting in a mid-sized company. We will talk about how budgets are created, learn the various business budgeting techniques, and create a sample budget in Excel/Google Sheets. Once the budget is finalized, we will address the ways to report on its performance and best practices for governance processes that help increase budgetary adherence.
