Data & Evaluation Coordinator

Mi Casa Resource Center (MCRC) is seeking a detailed oriented individual with strong data collection and analysis skills and experience with database administration to join us as Data and Evaluation Coordinator.

The Data & Evaluation Coordinator coordinates MCRC’s participant assessment and program impact evaluation processes for Career Pathways, Business Pathways, and other strategic program partnerships as needed. The Data & Evaluation Coordinator serves as the database administrator for the agency’s participant-tracking database on a Salesforce platform and leads efforts to improve processes and systems relating to program evaluation and data collection. This includes analyzing data to assess MCRC’s work and communicate the organization’s impact in partnership with the Resource Development team. The Data & Evaluation Coordinator also directs the work of program staff around evaluation efforts and trains staff on evaluation and Salesforce.

Employment Success Coach

Mi Casa Resource Center is seeking a detailed oriented individual with excellent communication skills and passion for supporting low-income individuals achieve economic success to join us as Employment Success Coach. The Employment Success Coach provides a strengths-based, trauma-informed, holistic, interdisciplinary approach to supporting individuals working toward the goal of economic success. In this role, the Employment Success Coach is responsible for building relationships with program participants to provide individualized support to participants seeking to secure and retain employment. This position works one-on-one and in groups with participants to provide coaching, encouragement, and training during job search and after employment. Focus areas for coaching include career exploration/assessment, resume writing, goal setting, interviewing skills, and job search strategies.

While coaching participants, this role will be responsible for addressing barriers and connecting participants to resources as needed. They provide a range of support services, including needs assessment, problem solving, resource/referral, financial assistance, and benefits management. This position also supports our programming by collaborating with Career Pathways team members, facilitating training, technological support, and data entry.

Bilingual Instructor

The Multilingual Instructor is responsible for facilitating our Business Pathways curriculum for starting and existing entrepreneurs in more than one language (preferred English & Spanish). They are responsible for the daily activities of the class, including lesson planning, instruction, and evaluation. In addition, the Instructor is responsible for working one-on-one with participants to provide technical assistance and consulting. This is 10-15 hours per week temporary position for 90 days from hire with the possibility to transition into a more regular position based on performance.
