Career Pathways Manager

MCRC’s Career Pathways team teaches jobseekers the skills they need to succeed in today’s workplace through workshops, training, and one-on-one career coaching. The Career Pathways Manager manages the trainers, coaches, and navigator for MCRC’s Career Pathways programs. The Career Pathways Manager is a key leader in the Career Pathways department in that they will supervise all training activities for adults, provide direct service support and coaching to participants during job search, coordinate data collection and evaluation, collaborate with team members, and act as back up for any trainers, coaches, and navigators as necessary.

Navigator, Business Pathways

The Navigator helps connect Business Pathways participants to multiple services and programs within MCRC as well as to other community resources, and tracks program impacts over time. This position also contributes to community referral and support of MCRC’s Resource partners. This person is actively involved with business owners who are seeking to start and grow a business and acts as liaison between them, the business consultants and MCRC’s Resource partners.

Grants Manager

The Grants Manager plays a critical role as part of Mi Casa’s fund development team. The grant manager is responsible for producing proposals to and managing relationships with a large portfolio of institutional funders, including: foundations, corporations, and government entitites. The grant manager works collaboratively with development and program team members to ensure that all proposals and grant reports are completed and submitted accurately and on time.

Business Consultant Manager

The Business Consultant Manager manages the Instructors and Business Consultants of MCRC’s Business Pathways which is the host of the Women’s Business Center. The Business Consultant Manager will supervise long-term training activities, instruct classes for existing businesses as well as provide consulting to existing business owners who participate in classes as well as walk-in clients. The Business Consultant Manager will ensure high quality data collection from consultants, collaborate with team members, and act as back up for any trainers or consultants as necessary. This person will also support promotion and recruitment for business classes and will be responsible for seamless delivery, quality control and evaluation of training and consulting services.
