English as a Second Language Classes

In partnership with Spring Institute for Intercultural Learning, Mi Casa offers English as a Second Language (ESL) classes for beginner through advanced learners. Classes are taught by professionally trained and experienced ESL teachers. For registration information, contact Spring Institute at 303-835-1128.

High School Equivalency Exam Preparation Classes

In partnership with Community College of Denver (CCD), Mi Casa offers High School Equivalency (HSE) test preparation services in English. For registration information, contact CCD at 303-352-6805. For HSE classes in Spanish, contact Centro San Juan Diego at 303-295-9470.

Legal Clinic

In partnership with the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association, Mi Casa hosts a FREE Legal Clinic every second Tuesday of the month from 6-8pm.

Tax Preparation

In partnership with Denver Asset Building Coalition (DABC), Mi Casa offers tax preparation with experienced IRS-certified volunteers. Service is free for families earning less than $55,000 or single filers earning less than $35,000. Stay tuned for information on the 2019 tax schedule. Financial Coaching

In partnership with mpowered and the Denver Office of Financial Empowerment, Mi Casa offers free financial coaching. The Denver Financial Empowerment Center located at Mi Casa can help you take control of your debt, improve your credit, build savings, create a budget, and more. Call 720-944-2498 to schedule your free appointment with a bilingual financial coach.

Mental Health Counseling

In partnership with Asian Pacific Development Center, Mi Casa offers behavioral health services tailored to address the needs of immigrant and refugee status individuals. Services are typically provided in the client's native language with bilingual staff who are the same cultural background as the client.
