Enterprise Zone Tax Credit
Mi Casa Resource Center is included in the Enterprise Zone Tax Credit program through the State of Colorado. This means that every financial gift to Mi Casa’s annual fund over $250 is eligible for a 25% tax credit on state income tax. Both individuals and corporations can take advantage of this tax incentive.
EXAMPLE: If you donate $1,000, you will receive a 25% state tax credit. Thus, your out-of-pocket donation is $750 while Mi Casa receives $1,000.
