WHAT YOU’LL GET

• 100 hours of training: 80 hours hands-on technical skills + 20 hours customer service skills
• Industry-recognized certifications: EPA 608 and OSHA 10
• Hands-on training in heat pumps, electrical, cooling and refrigeration, duct leakage testing, and more
• Job coaching and practice interviews to help you land the job
• Training delivered in partnership with Front Range Community College, Red Rocks Community College, and BlueSky Training
• Convenient access to multiple training locations
• Earn up to $1,350 while you train

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Work authorization and Social Security Number
• Completed W-9 form
• High school diploma or GED (encouraged but not required)
• Able to perform physical work
• Ready to commit to the full program schedule
