Leadership For Women

The Women’s Leadership Program addresses the unique challenges that BIPOC women entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals experience when aspiring to broaden their leadership experience and competencies in their businesses, industries, and community. This Leadership Program is founded on “3 Pillars” that build a foundation for a changed mindset, sustainable behavior change and movement towards action in a leadership journey. The 3 Pillars of this program are designed into each module and are integral to the development of successful leaders who will lead and navigate in an age of constant change, crises, and confusion. Students can expect to leave this program with practical tools to help them change their mindset, a completed Leadership Development Plan, and a group project that outlines an initiative to support other female leaders in our community.
