Mi Casa Resource Center (MCRC) is seeking an individual with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills and a passion for small businesses to join us as East Colfax Program Coordinator. The East Colfax Program Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations and relationships between Mi Casa Resource Center (MCRC)’s Business Pathways (BP) program and its partners in the East Colfax corridor. This individual serves as a liaison with organization staff and external partners in the geographical selected area. This role works with the Business Pathways program external partners to ensure targeted outreach along the East Colfax corridor to connect English and Spanish speaking entrepreneurs and small business owners to our BP programs and services. In addition, this role is responsible for accuracy in data collection, data entry and reporting of business program data and outcomes services. The person in this position will also analyze data in our Salesforce database to assist BP leadership in making informed strategic program decisions. This role is grant funded through December 2023.

As part of MCRC’s Development team, the Corporate Giving and Partnerships Manager is critical to relationship-building and fundraising success with partners interested in investing in Mi Casa’s mission by facilitating, managing, and strengthening those relationships based on deep engagement, flexibility, and responsiveness. This position supervises the Partner Programs & Volunteers Coordinator. The Corporate Giving and Partnerships Manager is an exceptional, solutions-oriented professional, responsible for working closely with internal and external partners to build meaningful, holistic, year-round relationships with corporations. The Manager develops a corporate prospect pipeline; supports a comprehensive strategy to meet revenue goals for corporate funding and sponsorships and collaborates with Marketing on strategic projects. This position oversees operations of Mi Casa's ancillary and volunteer programs.

Mi Casa Resource Center is seeking an experienced professional with excellent relationship building and organization skills combined with a passion for working with low income and underserved individuals to join us as Partner Programs and Volunteers Coordinator. The primary role of the Partner Programs & Volunteers Coordinator is to serve as point of contact and ensure optimal operations of ancillary partner programs, while continually educating the public on Mi Casa’s career and business programs. This hands-on role will expand and support MCRC’s collaborative efforts with community partner organizations, service providers, and agency representation at community events. This position provides input to the Leadership Team for development of Mi Casa ancillary programs that enhance the mission of the organization. The coordinator identifies outreach opportunities and creates and delivers presentations on MCRC’s services for target populations. This role also develops and manages a volunteer program that provides an optimal experience, builds ambassadors and potential donor relationships, and aligns volunteers with agency gaps/needs, including event support. The ideal candidate has an extensive knowledge of the local community, is respected, and has long-standing relationships with key community organizations and leaders.

Mi Casa Resource Center is seeking a professional with strong leadership, program management and relationship building skills combined with a passion for small businesses and entrepreneurship to join us as Assistant Director, Business Pathways. The Assistant Director, Business Pathways is responsible managing a team of Business Advisors, Instructors and contract consultants that comprise the MCRC’s Business Pathways (BP) team. This team supports entrepreneurs through all stages of business development helping them explore, launch, and grow their business through bilingual training, consulting, access to capital, and holistic support services. This role involves developing, planning, coordinating, supervising and managing the services of the program based on proven best practices. The Assistant Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and seamless delivery, quality control and evaluation of business pathways bilingual training and consulting services. The Assistant Director contributes to the strategic and operational plans of the department ensuring innovative, effective and efficient operations of the BP’s programs. This role ensures high quality data collection by Advisors, Instructors and consultants; collaborates with team members, and serves as back up for Instructors or Advisors as necessary. They will also support promotion and recruitment for business classes in coordination with the Pathways Operations Manager.

Mi Casa Resource Center is seeking a workforce development professional with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the barriers specific to marginalized communities and a commitment to a strengths-based approach to join as Employment and Education Success Coach. The Employment & Education Success Coach provides a strengths-based, trauma-informed, holistic, interdisciplinary approach to supporting individuals working toward the goal of economic success. In this role, the Coach is responsible for building relationships with program participants to provide individualized support to participants seeking to secure and retain employment, training, and education opportunities. This position works one-on-one and in groups with participants to provide coaching, encouragement, and training during job search as well as postemployment. Focus areas for coaching include career exploration/assessment, resume writing, goal setting, interviewing skills, and job search strategies. While coaching participants, this role will be responsible for addressing barriers and connecting participants to resources as needed. They provide a range of support services, including needs assessment, problem solving, resource/referral, financial assistance, and benefits management. They also support our programming by collaborating with Career Pathways team members, facilitating training, technological support, and data entry. They will be part of a Statewide network of Coaches sharing best practices and working to enhance the connection between workforce and education. In addition, this person will be part of a Coaching Collaborative. The Coach will also track and report on education and employment outcomes.
