2021 Lease Renegotiation for Small Business

On Wednesday, March 17, 2021 from 5:30 to 7pm, MCRC is hosting a lease renegotiation panel to give strategies for minority, small business owners to renegotiate their business’ lease and how to avoid being taken advantage of by predatory landlords.  In addition to the value of this event as a recruitment opportunity particularly aimed at minority, small business owners in Colorado, this panel is an excellent opportunity to recognize key partners like the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association and other supporting organizations/partners to MCRC.
