Comprised of 3 Programs, La Receta begins with Fundamentals of Food Business. Three, 90 minutes sessions focused on Regulations, Commissary Kitchens & Supplies, Culinary Skills & Safety. This immersive, personalized program provides students with the tools, strategies and information to launch a mobile food business.
