March 3 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pmFree
One year ago, March 2020, when we were starting to see the effects of the covid pandemic, our community of child care providers wanted to know what the new guidelines were and what resources were available to support them during these times. To respond to our participant’s needs, MCRC put together a panel of government and industry representatives to share the new CDC guidelines and best practices to keep children and workers safe.
Our scope for tonight’s discussion is different than the first workshop. Child care was recognized for the critical role it plays in supporting Colorado’s economy. As we prepare to fully reopen our economy, we recognize that child care providers need support and resources to get back on its feet and provide the much needed services to our community.
The panel consists of:
- Kathy Baker, Director of Center Operations from MILE HIGH EARLY LEARNING
- Rob Rose, Director of Programs & Engagement from Denver Metro SBDC at the Denver Metro Chamber
- Deborah Gray, Colorado Department of Human Services
